Deposits

Here's how deposits, booking and payments work: Since we are usually booked about 4-6 weeks in advance, after we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is to be paid one week prior to your event.  

Refunds/ Cancellations

We do not offer refunds. Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders because space is limited. If you cancel, that could result in money lost. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order, and NO REFUND will be granted. Thank you for your understanding.

Pick up Policy

Our pick up windows are 30 min, for ex: pick up time is at 11:00am; you will have between 11:00am-11:30am to pick up your order. If you do not arrive on time there will be a $5 fee for every 10 min you are late. We have several pick ups through out the day and we would not like anyone to feel rushed when picking up there order. We schedule all picks up on the hour and half hour to give you plenty of time to pick up and ask any questions you may have. Thank you for your understanding.
